The climb to the Far Port de Sóller lighthouse (Majorca) is one of those short but intense climbs. In addition, although we will not reach great heights, the views from Port de Sóller will amaze us, both ascending and at the top.

From the end of Passeig de la Platja, there is only a 1.78 km climb with an average of around 4.8% and a positive gradient of 85 m. It is not a gradual climb but characterized by small sections with significant gradients, some over 15%. The advantage is that these slopes are combined with some easy sections and even descents, which makes the climb bearable.

The road is in good condition, if a little rough, and between April and October it is usually busy with cars going up to the lighthouse lookout, which also has a very popular restaurant. It also connects to the GR-221, the "Pedra en Sec" route that crosses the Serra de Tramuntana.

An accessible climb with the most photographed views of the Bay of Sóller, definitely worth the experience!
