There are several living rooms in this spacious house built on 634 m2, as well as large terraces where you can enjoy a meal outside or a barbecue both in the sun and in the evening breeze.

 

This property is unique, it has its own private garage and is located a few meters from restaurants and shops, and a 10-minute drive from beaches and other resorts such as Meloneras, Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés.

 

The services included in the price of this holiday accommodation:

 

Welcome and personal key delivery until 8:00 p.m.

 

A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

 

Regular maintenance of the pool and garden from Monday to Friday and in the morning.

 

Basic daily cleaning, 5 days a week from 10:00 to 14:00

 

Up to 3 cots and a high chair (on request) will be placed for children under 2 years of age.

 

Terms

 

This property is located in a residential area and therefore parties or any other activity that could be annoying to the neighbors is prohibited.

 

Overcrowding by the number of people hired is strictly prohibited, except for previously authorized exceptions.

 

Smoking is prohibited inside the homes. Only allowed on open terraces or balconies.

 

A deposit is required as a guarantee / guarantee of € 1,000 to cover possible damages that may be caused. It will be returned within a maximum period of 72 hours after departure and once it is verified that everything is correct. It is therefore important that at your entry check if there is any damage and let us know immediately to avoid falling on you.

 

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the deposit deposited.
