Bungalow Rocas Rojas is a fantastic property for up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms in San Agustín in the south of Gran Canaria that also has a shared pool, in a complex with lots of sun. A holiday accommodation with 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, one third with single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. This property is distributed on one floor, fully equipped and in a perfect location; close to the beach and restaurants.
It has been recently renovated, provided with large spaces and with all the comforts: washing machine, dryer, iron, air conditioning, dishwasher … It even has a dining area in the garden, where you can enjoy a family barbecue and then go for a meal. a swim in the huge community pool, which is also heated from November to March!
The services included in the price of this holiday accommodation:
Welcome and personal key delivery until 8:00 p.m.
Late check in available and on request.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and high chair will be placed (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Terms
This property is located in a residential area and therefore parties or any other activity that could be annoying to the neighbors is prohibited.
Overcrowding by the number of people hired is strictly prohibited, except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the homes. Only allowed on open terraces or balconies.
A deposit is required as a guarantee / guarantee of € 450 to cover possible damages that may be caused. It will be returned within a maximum period of 72 hours after departure and once it is verified that everything is correct. It is therefore important that at your entry check if there is any damage and let us know immediately to avoid falling on you.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the deposit deposited.
