This traditional Canarian-style holiday home in the north of Gran Canaria is a gem designed for rural tourism and hiking. Built on a 4,000 m2 estate, it is a 2-storey accommodation that has been decorated by a prestigious decorator. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower. It is a country house with great details, such as several lounges with a fireplace, heating throughout the house, a wine cellar with a pool table and fruit trees for guests to use. You can enjoy hiking tours, mountain biking and royal roads.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 8:00 p.m.
A cot and high chair will be placed (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Terms
This property is located in a residential area and therefore parties or any other activity that could be annoying to the neighbors is prohibited.
Overcrowding by the number of people hired is strictly prohibited, except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the homes. Only allowed on open terraces or balconies.
A deposit is required as a guarantee / guarantee of € 1,000 to cover possible damages that may be caused. It will be returned within a maximum period of 72 hours after departure and once it is verified that everything is correct. It is therefore important that at your entry check if there is any damage and let us know immediately to avoid falling on you.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the deposit deposited.
