The 75 m² modern apartments consist of two double rooms and a sofa bed and offer a maximum capacity of 5 people. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with oven, large fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine etc. All with a large terrace with sofas and a dining table with or without sea view, depending on the category. The only apartments in Colonia Sant Jordi with facilities such as a swimming pool, garden, fitness room, sauna, changing rooms, elevator, car garage, bicycle garage with individual hangers and workshop as well as an upper panoramic terrace, we also have a self-service laundry room.
