The Beach Villa Mel is set up over 2 floors, air-conditioned and intelligently designed to convey an exceptionally airy feeling. On the ground floor there is an impressive, specially built, fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large family bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Terrace with pool and equipped with table, chairs and sofas.
The upper floor, which can be reached via an internal staircase, houses 3 beautifully furnished rooms (two double rooms, one single room, all air-conditioned) and an equipped bathroom with bathtub. Additionally, there is a small annex at the pool with sink + toilet and laundry room.
Outside, the spacious private pool offers a beautiful view of the Albufera reserve and is equipped with comfortable hammocks. It measures 6 x 3.3 m, the depth is 1.45 m and Roman step access: a true oasis to relax in the Majorcan sun, in complete calm and tranquility.
It is an idyllic setting for cycling enthusiasts to enjoy Majorca, located in one of the areas with the highest bicycle traffic and a large selection of the best routes on the island.
