Welcome and personal key delivery until 8:00 p.m.
Late check in available and on request.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

Terms
This property is located in a residential area and therefore parties or any other activity that could be annoying to the neighbors is prohibited.
Overcrowding by the number of people hired is strictly prohibited, except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the homes. Only allowed on open terraces or balconies.
A deposit is required as a guarantee / guarantee of € 350 to cover possible damages that may be caused. It will be returned within a maximum period of 72 hours after departure and once it is verified that everything is correct. It is therefore important that at your entry check if there is any damage and let us know immediately to avoid falling on you.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the deposit deposited.
