Cycle touring in Andorra

Discovering new natural landscapes on your bike is an experience that leaves permanent memories. Andorra offers routes over mountain passes that are now enshrined in the history of the Tour de France and Vuelta a España, the incredible thrill of which you can feel first-hand.

The Principality, which is set in the heart of the Pyrenees, is ideal for both lovers of road cycling and mountain biking.

Mountain biking in Andorra

Andorra also has a broad and varied range of mountain biking circuits and routes and for very good reason has hosted different UCI MTB World Cup events. Don’t worry though because there are routes for all levels, ranging from a fantastic ride out with the family to “suffering” the most gruelling climbs with your friends. You can make dizzying descents on one of the world cup circuits of the Bikepark at Vallnord-Pal Arinsal.

If that is not enough, Andorra provides a wide variety of tourist accommodation with specific services for cyclists so you can enjoy your favourite sport in complete comfort. There are also wellness centres with a broad range of relaxation and personal wellness treatments.

Many professional cyclists live and train in Andorra for good reason, and the world’s top professional teams also visit to fine tune their preparation in “cycling territory” prior to the major races on the international calendar.
