100% Half Ametlla de Mar

A new edition of the 100% Half l'Ametlla de Mar, an event for triathletes with the 100% seal, is scheduled on June 5, 2023 in Tarragona. Participants can swim in the waters of the Costa Daurada, enjoy a cycling circuit, perfect for those who want speed on their bikes on the roads of the Baix Ebre, and a very demanding running circuit that ends on the Paseo Marítimo de l’Ametlla de Mar. 

Registration

The price depends on the chosen method and the registration period. For the Olympic modality, the price is 49.75 euros until April 5 and 2023, 55.75 euros until May 5 and 65.75 euros until the end of registrations.

In the case of the Aquabike-modality, the price is 119.75 euros until April 5, 129.75 euros until May 5 and 149.75 until the end of registrations. Finally, the price of the Half-modality is 145.75 until April 5, 175.75 until May 5 and 195.75 until the end of registration.

The Stage

Olympic

The Olympic distance is made up of 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running. The swimming section will consist of a lap with departure and arrival at Cala l’Alger. Then the cycling section will complete 2 laps of 20 km on a tobogganing circuit that will provide thrills and spills. The running section will take place in the center of the municipality in a two-lap route.

Aquabike

The Aquabike distance has 1.9 km of swimming race and 90 km by bicycle. In the case of the swimming race, there will also be a lap starting and finishing in Cala l’Alger. In the case of the bicycle section, the participants will complete 4 laps of 22.50 km each.

Half

The Half-distance will consist of 1.9 km of swimming, 90 km of cycling and 21 km of running. As in the case of the Aquabike mode, the route will be exactly the same and with the same laps in the swimming and cycling section, while the running section on foot will consist of 4 laps through the center of Ametlla de Mar.
