Desafío Lagos de Covadonga La Vuelta

Cangas de Onís is once again hosting the Lagos de Covadonga La Vuelta by Total Energies challenge!

On June 7, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m., Asturias will once again enjoy this long-awaited event, with the stamp of La Vuelta guaranteeing an unforgettable day.

Registration

Registration for its 30th edition will open next February. Registration will include a jersey valued at 65 euros, an exclusive design by Santini SMS.

The stage

For the occasion, participants can choose either the Medio Fondo option with 92 km that climb La Tornería and Riensena; Or they can choose the Gran Fondo, 110km, with ascent to the mythical peak of Lagos de Covadonga, which has provided so many memorable moments at the Vuelta a España.
