Triatlón Doble Olímpico Terres de l’Ebre

A surprising triathlon is scheduled for April 23, 2023 in Terres de L´Ebre (Catalonia). From San Carles de la Rápita you can now start preparing for this exciting challenge.

Registration

The registration fee is € 115 for federated triathletes and € 130 for non-federated triathletes.

The stage

The swimming circuit starts from the beach itself and consists of 2 laps of 1500m (without getting out of the water). Due to the water temperature on these dates, neoprene is mandatory. At 150 meters is the T1, where the cycling segment will start with a 92 km journey from the moment it leaves the municipality, there are 3 laps of 28 km until the circuit and is re-entered. At all times, the circuit is completely closed to traffic and drafting is not allowed (5 'penalty).
And to complete a running section to enjoy to the fullest in a 4 km circuit along the town promenade, where after 5 laps you will face your glorious arrival at the finish line. Are you ready?
