If you prefer to explore the charming streets of Cordoba, you can also choose to take the high-speed train from Madrid in the morning and join our team in Cordoba in the evening.

A thousand years ago, Cordoba was one of the largest cities in the world and the capital of Muslim Spain. Today, Cordoba is famous for the iconic Mosque, which we will visit upon arrival, as well as other artistic and architectural treasures. The ancient Arab and Jewish quarters, with their narrow alleys, offer visitors a unique experience.

In the evening, we will immerse ourselves in Spanish culture with a tapas dinner.

After breakfast, we will travel by van from Cordoba to start our journey south, heading to the Sierra Subbetica Natural Park. This first bike excursion will allow us to explore the vineyards of the area and finally reach a traditional family estate in Montilla, which has been producing excellent wines and olive oil for generations. After learning some of the secrets of their trade, we will enjoy a private meal on the estate accompanied by delicious wines.

Then we will head to our next accommodation, a beautiful property located in a stunning rural area, where you can enjoy fantastic views, a charming pool, and options such as Arab baths and massages.
