On October 1 2022, Puigcerdà (Girona) will host one of the most exciting and fastest MTB challenges in the Catalan community, la comunidad catalana. With a capacity of 1000 participants and with the quality seal of the UCI modality, this incredible challenge has become one of the most exciting in the Iberian Peninsula. Thanks to the Octagon company and with the help of the Catalan Cycling Federation, federación catalana de ciclismo, this challenge promises to be a real wonder for any cyclist with the spirit and soul of an adventurer.

Race conditions

  • All competitors must be at least 19 years by December 31 of the year in which the competition takes place.
  • Competitors must have a competitive cycling license issued by a national cycling federation, approved by the RFEC and / or the UCI, to participate in the competitions.
  • Licenses for other sports are not accepted.
  • Those who do not have an annual competitive cycling license must obtain a temporary license, approved by the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC), Real Federación Española de Ciclismo (RFEC). This temporary license is available upon registration
  • Cyclists with a touring bike license, as well as those with the temporary license, can participate recreationally, but not compete. This way, they will start from the last drawer and cannot be classified. However, if they complete all 3 stages, they will receive the finisher prize.
