Description
Our Villa “Punta des Port” is a spacious house with excellent facilities, located in a residential area of Portopetro, near the sea. The house can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms, spread over 2 floors. The house has central heating troughout and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The wifi installation (600 Mbps fiber) and the presence of a small office in one of the bedrooms make the villa ideal for home workers.
On the ground floor you first enter a spacious entrance hall. To the right you see a large living and dining area, where it’s almost a pity that you usually prefer the large dining table outside on the terrace. Connected to the dining room are a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and the laundry room.
Still on the ground floor, we find the first two of the four bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest bathroom.
Upstairs, on the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a large dressing room. There are also large terraces with sea views.
Located on a plot that is not very visible from the street, this house offers several partially covered terraces with plenty of outdoor seating. A lawn invites you to sunbathe and the spacious pool for later refreshment. There is a porch with a table tennis table and an area to store bicycles.
The villa is only a few steps from a sea access and about 600 m from a sandy beach.
