Description

The Artiem Half Menorca Triathlon will take place on the coastal village of Fornells, offering one of the most iconic and scenic triathlon experiences in the Balearic Islands. The event continues to attract hundreds of athletes every year, with more than 600 participants in the previous edition, and once again offers two distances: Half (1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run) and Short (1 km swim, 34 km bike, 9 km run), as well as relay options for both distances.

The race begins in the turquoise waters of Fornells Bay before taking athletes through Menorca’s rolling countryside and finishing with a coastal run along the scenic trails surrounding the port area. Both distances share a vibrant race atmosphere and a course designed to highlight the natural beauty of Menorca.

Check‑in, expo and participant accreditation take place on September 26 in Fornells, with bike park access opening early on race morning. The Half distance starts at 08:00, followed by the relay category at 08:10 and the Short distance at 08:30, all with designated time limits. Aid stations are available throughout both the bike and run segments, offering water, isotonic drinks and additional nutrition.

Registrations opened on January 15, 2026, with an early‑bird price period available until January 31. Entries remain open until September 1, 2026. The event is also the official host of the Balearic Middle Distance Championship, giving added prestige to the 2026 edition.

The Artiem Half Menorca Triathlon offers a complete race experience in one of Menorca’s most stunning locations—perfect for athletes seeking a demanding yet unforgettable competition in a Mediterranean paradise.
