Description
The Challenge Peguera Mallorca triathlon will take place in the coastal town of Peguera, Calvià , offering one of the most iconic and vibrant end‑of‑season middle‑distance races in Europe. Athletes will compete in a spectacular Mediterranean setting surrounded by golden beaches, scenic coastal stretches and the foothills of the UNESCO‑listed Serra de Tramuntana.
The event features the classic middle‑distance format with a 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, and 21.1 km run, starting on the beautiful Torà Beach and continuing through some of the most scenic areas of Calvià . The bike course combines coastal roads, inland climbs and technical descents, while the run takes place along Peguera’s lively promenade and boulevard, filled with spectators creating an energetic race atmosphere.
Challenge Peguera‑Mallorca is known for its excellent organisation, strong community support, and festive atmosphere, providing not only a competitive race but also a full experience for athletes and their families. Side events include the Junior Challenge Run, Challenge Women run, and Junior Aquathlon, held on October 16 and 18, 2026, offering activities for all ages.
The race is considered the perfect way to close the European triathlon season, combining sport, holiday vibes and ideal autumn weather, making it one of the most anticipated middle‑distance events of the year.
