Five Continents Race Costa Blanca

The 2027 edition maintains its classic structure with two formats: the CBBR Full, a four‑stage race designed for both elite riders and ambitious amateurs, and the CBBR Half, a two‑stage option that allows participants to experience the queen stage and the final day of racing. Both formats can be completed individually or in pairs, and the race also includes dedicated e‑MTB categories in Full and Half versions.

Stage locations will once again include the emblematic MTB zones of Calpe, Altea, Benissa, Senija, Llíber and Xaló, offering highly technical singletrack, steep climbs, fast descents and panoramic routes between the sea and the mountains. The event is known for featuring iconic segments such as the climbs of Oltá, Bernia and the mythical Serra Gelada time trial.

The Five Continents Race is recognised as the first major MTB stage race of the season, taking place at an ideal time of the year with mild winter weather on the Costa Blanca. It attracts UCI elite riders, seasoned competitors and international amateurs looking for a high‑quality early‑season challenge supported by strong organisation, bike‑friendly facilities and an exceptional MTB environment.

Registrations for both the CBBR Full 2027 and CBBR Half 2027 are already available through the official platform, and the race continues to operate under the international development programmes supported by ICEX and EU‑FEDER initiatives.
