IRONMAN 70.3 Málaga

Ironman 70.3 Marbella is no longer held, but the province of Málaga still hosts Ironman events for you to take part in. IRONMAN 70.3 Málaga has arrived. An event for triathletes is scheduled on October. The privileged location between the Mediterranean and the Andalusian mountains makes this place one of the most idyllic. The race offers qualifying places for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship.

The route

The route starts with the swimming modality. Swimming in a single 1900 meter loop across the Mediterranean, with departure and arrival at the famous La Malagueta.

After the first section, the 90 kilometer cycle route begins at La Malagueta, passing through Rincón de la Victoria, Benajarafe, Torre del Mar and Torrox,  before returning to La Malagueta for the last section, the running circuit.

The running circuit consists of two laps around the Paseo Marítimo in Málaga, with 21.1 kilometer finishing at the historical center of Málaga.
