Description

2014, the famous pink jerseys filled the roads of Reus, in the province of Tarragona. Crossing the historic regions of Tarragona — including Baix Camp and El Priorat — the event offers an unforgettable cycling experience. It is also one of the European races with the highest number of female participants, and this year the organization offered three different distances to adapt the event to all rider profiles.

The registration fee is currently 74 euros for all modalities. Regardless of the distance you choose, the price remains the same.

The Routes

Long Route

Covering 188 km and more than 3,400 m of elevation gain, this is the toughest version of La Mussara. Starting and finishing in Reus, it takes riders through up to twenty towns, from Mediterranean landscapes to the Sierra de Montsant Natural Park.

Medium Route

This route spans 135 km with 2,500 m of elevation gain. Although it shares part of the course with the long route, a scenic detour includes Ulldemolins, the Coll d’Albarca, and the Siurana Reservoir — one of the most beautiful sections of the event.

Short Route

Even with a shorter distance of 95 km and 1,800 m of elevation gain, this option stands out for its advantages. It offers a beautiful route featuring the iconic climb to the Coll de la Mussara.
