Description
The Territorio Sierra Norte Bike Challenge will once again take place in the Sierra Norte de Madrid in 2026, continuing its mission of bringing cyclists of all levels into one of the most stunning natural areas around the capital. According to the official regional cycling calendar, the 2026 edition will be held on September 12th, preserving its essence as a multi‑format event open to all types of riders.
The Challenge keeps its well‑known 4‑in‑1 format, offering routes designed to match different abilities and cycling styles:
- SNBC Non Stop, the flagship endurance event, covering approximately 213 km and over 4,600 m of elevation gain on MTB.
- SNBC Gravel, a 101 km non‑competitive gravel route with around 85% of the course on tracks, ideal for the fast‑growing gravel discipline.
- SNBC Family, a 20 km family‑friendly ride through the Lozoya Valley, open to participants of all ages.
- SNBC Marathon, a competitive 65 km MTB race with about 1,600 m of climbing, offering a demanding but accessible format.
Registration fees for the 2026 edition have not yet been officially published, but they are expected to remain similar to previous years, where prices varied depending on the chosen modality (Non Stop, Marathon, Gravel or Family).
The Territorio Sierra Norte Bike Challenge 2026 continues to stand out as one of Madrid’s benchmark outdoor cycling events, combining sport, nature and adventure in a fully unique setting.
