Description
The iconic La Indurain cycling event will take place in the hometown of five‑time Tour de France winner Miguel Indurain. Recognised as one of Spain’s most emblematic gran fondo events, La Indurain forms part of the TotalEnergies Challenge circuit and brings together cyclists from all levels to ride through the landscapes where Indurain trained throughout his professional career.
Participants can choose between three distances:
• 180 km with approximately 3,252 m of elevation gain
• 100 km with around 1,500 m of elevation gain
• 65 km with about 650 m of elevation gain
The routes cross some of the most scenic areas of Navarra, including forests, rolling terrain and the emblematic climbs that define the region. The event maintains a participation limit of 1,500 cyclists, ensuring a high‑quality experience on the road.
Registration is already open with tiered pricing depending on the chosen distance: €63 for 65 km, €73 for 100 km, and €78 for 180 km, available until July 24, 2026. Early promotional pricing was available until mid‑January 2026.
La Indurain offers a perfect blend of sportive challenge, local cycling culture and the unique opportunity to share the road with Miguel Indurain himself, making it one of the standout cycling events of the summer.
