Paris-Roubaix Challenge – L’Enfer du Nord

Description

The 170 km L’Enfer du Nord starts in Busigny, on rue Pasteur, with start slots between 07:00 and 08:30. From there the route heads towards Roubaix and takes in 30 cobbled sectors, about 50 km of pavé in total.

The organiser suggests target averages of 28 km/h on tarmac and 14 km/h on the cobbles, which tells you how the day will unfold: fast road sections between sectors, then slow, bone-shaking stretches where concentration matters more than power.

Doubled bar tape and gloves are recommended, and Shimano mechanical assistance points sit at the feed stations. Every rider finishes with a U-turn in the Roubaix velodrome, entering the track on the left.
