Alt Empordà – Stage 1 (Figueres – Llançà)

Cycling route for road bikes starting from Figueres to Roses. Mountain section after passing through the Parque Natural de los Aiguamolls del Empordà.

They are low altitude passes but they test our legs with a continuous up- and downhill. Then comes the descent to Cadaqués and reaching Cap de Creus.

From there we ascend to Sant Pere de Rodes from El Port de la Selva and then the descent, well deserved and comforting, to Vilajuïga and Llançà.
