Description
Territorio Templario Run & Bike Experience will take place in early November 2026, crossing the inland landscapes of the province of CastellĂłn, with itineraries linking historic towns such as Culla, AlcalĂ de Xivert, Santa Magdalena de Pulpis and PeñĂscola. This unique multi‑day event combines trail running and mountain biking, offering a stage‑based adventure deeply connected to medieval heritage and territory.
The event is designed as a stage race, traditionally spread over two to three days, where participants advance through different locations while spending the nights in a shared camp environment. Routes follow ancient paths, forest trails and mountain tracks associated with the Templar castles and medieval routes of CastellĂłn, creating a strong sense of journey and immersion.
In the Run & Bike Experience format, participants combine MTB stages and trail‑running stages, covering a total distance of approximately 140–150 km over the full event. This includes around 90–100 km by mountain bike with more than 3,500–4,000 metres of elevation gain, and 40–50 km of trail running with significant accumulated ascent, depending on the final stage configuration.
Territorio Templario Run & Bike Experience 2026 is a non‑competitive endurance event, focused on adventure, collaboration and personal challenge rather than racing. Navigation skills, stage management and recovery between stages play a key role, reinforcing its character as an experience rather than a conventional one‑day race.
With its combination of sport, history and natural landscapes, Territorio Templario Run & Bike Experience has established itself as a reference event for athletes seeking a multi‑day adventure format that blends trail running, mountain biking and cultural discovery in one of the most authentic regions of the Comunidad Valenciana.
