Gordexola – Artziniega – Llanteno – Añes – Peña Angulo

Cycling route for road bikes. We depart from Plaza Molinar, Gordexola, following a route dotted with farmhouses, Indian houses and medieval towers to nearby Artziniega, Araba, a medieval village with a historic quarter well worth cycling through its alleys.

From Artziniega we head towards Peña de Angulo through Añes, in the Retes Llanteno neighborhood. We head along a very narrow road which, after several kilometers between impossible curves, shows us the imposing and steep silhouette of the Peña de Angulo, in the Burgos region of Las Merindades.
